Despite being hired as a Senior Designer for MoonPay's B2B On-Ramps, my journey began on their consumer-facing iOS and Android crypto app.
By the end of my first month, I had stepped up to become design lead, taking on extensive ownership and driving rapid product delivery.
My role demanded seamless cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, data, and senior leadership.
This experience quickly accelerated my soft skills, particularly in aligning diverse teams and fully embracing the product strategy, down to defining requirements, scope and timelines.
Ultimately, I set a new benchmark for performance and execution within the design and product teams, embodying the impact of a staff-level designer.

As the founding designer at Flawless, I worked directly with the Chief of Product and CEO to design and release the first two Flawless products (TrueSync and DeepEditor) to market.
I also helped envision a platform that prioritises best practices in Ethical AI, consent and Rights Management for the creative industry, working directly with Hollywood Unions (SAG-AFTRA).
I was the founding and lead designer for Twitter Notes, a 0-1 product that allowed writers to compose and publish articles, journals, blogs, and essays directly on twitter.com, free of charge.
Designed and shipped to MVP in 6 months.
